Zoltan Paulinyi

Hello my little cupcakes!
Today I want to talk about someone who I admire as a person, professor and academic: Zoltan Paulinyi.
A great master of the pre-hispanic arts and history, specially all the Mesoamerican culture. Sadly, I don't know a lot about his live aside his hungarian origin, but I know he has a lot of degrees, from his native Budapest to all the work he made in Mexico. He live close to 20 years in the country that I just mention, where he made a lot of study and investigations, almost all the photos that he use he take it himself. He has a Magister in aztec history and, as I know, he is working to get a doctorate.
He has a lot of work published, but the most known are (or a least, according to the University) The "Great Goddess" of Teotihuacan: Fiction or reality?, The Teotihuacan Trinity: The Sociopolitical Structure of an Ancient Mesoamerican City and The Butterfly Bird God Aan His Myth At Teotihuacan.
He is the greatest authority when something is about the prehispanic culture, but is not just that why I admire him. He has a great dedication to his work: he live in Viña del Mar, an hour and half from Santiago (where he come to make his classes), and even he is already an aged man he never not show up and even if some people say his tone of voice is boring I like it, the tone of voice that he use plus his notorious accent help me to pay more atention. But is not just that, he is so chill, he speak with calm and patience, never get annoyed if someone says that don't understand something, I like his way to explain the subject, with such calm and pasion at the same time, he has this aura of a man that know and has seen so much.
I always liked the prehispanic culture and art, but with him, that go exponential.
I hope be able to be someone like him in the future.
