Why I choose that?

Hello, my littles cupcakes!
I'm here again, and now I want to talk about why I choose the career that I'm study now.
Well, the way I ended here is very long: since I was a child I went throw a lot of thinking about my future, imagine what I could be: veterinarian, singer, actrice, architect, clothe designer, artist, etc. Finally, when  have 14 or 15 I decided to be a historian, like my mom. I always love history, the traditions, the wars, the culture; learn about the past is fascinating, I still think that!

The next 4 years went ok, I didn't change my mind at all, until I enter to 3th year of media, in the philosophy class we start learning about phsychology... And I complelyl love it! Especially when we focused in Sigmund Freud, father of the psycoanalism. I was in love, the human mind was so interesting, unique and different, so deep and unclear. So, I decided to be a phsychologist, I was completly sure! Until my dad take me one day (after visit the doctor for fisical stuff) to eat and talk. Then he told me how study that won't take me anywhere, that we have an excess of psychologist and almost everyone of them fight over a place to work for only 280.000 chilean pesos (a low pay); he said that my option it wasn't  very smart, that I need to think taking in mind the future and the chances that i can. That destroyed my dream.

Then, I returned to my frist choice: History. I studied thinking of enter in the Catholic University to study that. The first time that I tried was awful, I didn't made it; the second time neither, not even in the University of Chile, so then, I noticed that I was abel to enter in the 3th career in the list (One that I like, I think it was interesting, great. Had two stuff that I love! But I didn't take too seriously) that is Theory and History of Art, or simply, Art History... I love the idea of study art in a historical and theorical way, the topic showed in the map class was nice and the duration is 4 years! So I choose it.

Enter in the career was a great idea, I like what I study, the professors and the classmates!

Hello my littles cupcakes! Welcome to this small and young blog.
Call me Eckya and for this new start I will write a few things about myself.
I was born in 1996, the 22nd of october, in Santiago, Chile. The first child of my parents!
Until my 3th birthday we lived in a small apartment in the center of the city, a very convenient place for my father, because his workplace was nearby. But in the end, both wanted a comfy house with a beautiful garde, so they saved enough money and we move to my actual home in La Reina, in a beautiful place, and there I started kindergarden.
In 2001, when I was close to turn 5 years old, born my little brother, Carlos. We became a family of 4 (5, if you include my cat of that time, Peluche).
I made my schoolar studies in Colegio Teresiano Enrique de Osso, a private school that I regret no left ealier (by the way, my brother study there, but it get it better than me).
Being at university was always a complicated matter to think about, both of my parents are graduates of one of the best university of my country: the University of Chile. My mother, Francisca, studied History and my father, Ricardo, Laws. So, I wanted to be the same.
In the start, I was focus in enter to History, like my mother, after all, that is my domain. I wanted to study in the Catholic University (other great university here) but I didn't get enough score to enter inmediatly, I was in the waiting list, the same in University of Chile. But ther was one career that I can get in: Theory and History of Arts.
I get interested by that career by accident, and beacuse it have 2 of my favorite things in the world (art and history) I decided to register inmediatly. It was the best decision in my life!! I love what I study, my classmate are great and the teachers awesome! I'm so happy! Everything is great now, and I don't think leaving anytime soon.
As everybody I have some hobbies! I love drawing (most manga style actually), reading, writing, cooking (especially pasteries and anything that is sweet), kniting and sewing!
The last thing is form me very special, after all me and my mom think to start a little shop related to made ecological bags decorated with sublimation (a technique that my mom now to do) and clothes.
My dreams now are able to finish my career, draw better and learn to made incredible clothes.
